Public Engagement
The Alaska Wildlife Alliance recognizes the importance of giving Alaskans a voice in how our precious wildlife is managed. As such, AWA helps identify opportunities for public engagement in wildlife decision-making processes, and provides information for you to make an informed decision. Some examples of ways you can be involved in the process include distributing informational literature, writing letters, submitting comments during public comment periods, contacting public officials, and speaking up at public meetings. Learn more about ways to get involved by clicking through our resources, taking action on current issues, and attending events!
